Beginning Sunday, April 14 paving is scheduled nightly on the 241 Toll Road near Windy Ridge. Over the next several weeks, nighttime closures will occur Sunday – Thursday between 9 p.m. to 6 a.m.

TCA, in coordination with Caltrans, is proposing to add a direct connector linking the 241 Toll Road and the 91 Express Lanes.

For 25 years, we’ve preserved Orange County’s scenic beauty and healthy ecosystems while building and operating the state’s largest network of toll roads.

TCA’s Strategic Plan maps the Agencies’ work building on seven areas of focus: fiscal management, environmental stewardship, customer service, tolling technology, communications & public engagement, capital project delivery and regional mobility partnerships.
